this is very traditional looking new house I did a decade ago. The sunporch is made from storm screen doors from the Brosco catalog with cellar sash above. The builder ripped the edges down for a slimmer look.

Bob,
It seems to me that many houses look good or ok when they are brand new. They don’t all age well. However, the house in the photo looks like it has aged well. If I were just looking at the photos without any information, I would not know its age. It’s good looking house that appears well-maintained.

It is a timeless sort of design with a very functional floor plan. It is well built by a real craftsman and should be around for several hundred years. I learned a lot about proper proportions for classic details. (except the corner boards are too big) Something that gets ignored too often nowadays.
